Gammon Capital, LLC (“Gammon Capital”) is a New York-based firm providing non-discretionary strategic-consulting and asset-management services. All recommendations are non-binding and subject to client approval. Gammon Capital is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Custody

Gammon Capital does not take physical custody, possession, or any authority to take physical custody of client assets. All assets remain with a custodian selected by, and contracted with, the client throughout the engagement.

Eligibility

Engagements are limited to clients who qualify as “accredited investors” as defined in Rule 501 under the Securities Act of 1933, “qualified clients” as defined in Rule 205-3(d)(1) under the Advisers Act, and “qualified eligible persons” as defined in Rule 4.7 under the Commodity Exchange Act.

Performance information

Any reference on this site to historical performance, including the 600% gross H1 2020 return reported by the Financial Times, refers to a private fund managed by Gammon Capital that is no longer offered. The figure reflects a single six-month period in a strategy and vehicle that is not currently offered to new investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results, may not be representative of any client's experience, and may not be representative of the firm's full track record.
